By purchasing any service from Siydon Technologies Ltd, you agree to engage our team based on the agreed scope of work and to be bound by these Terms of Service. Services are provided by qualified professionals operating from our registered business address

Payment: Full payment or milestone payments, as agreed in writing, are required before work commences on each project phase. Published starting prices are indicative and may be quoted in USD. Final invoices may be issued in USD or the equivalent amount in Kenyan Shillings (KES), as mutually agreed.

Intellectual Property: Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables created specifically for you become your property. Siydon Technologies Ltd retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, methodologies, software components, and intellectual property used in delivering the services.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the engagement. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.

Limitation of Liability: The total liability of Siydon Technologies Ltd for any claim arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If a dispute remains unresolved after thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to mediation in accordance with the laws of Kenya, with mediation taking place in Nakuru County unless otherwise agreed.
